The intentions of creating the Personal Growth/Wellness Programs is to allow a weekly support for three months to fully support you on your Personal growth & transformation. Katherine will be integrating her Holistic & Transpersonal Psychology background along with her Ayurvedic & Chinese Medicine Elemental Practice to assist you as your journey evolves.
